Danny Cortenraede, a serial entrepreneur & investor is investing in the latest and circular technologies for constructing green homes in a highly iconic and visible location in the Hollywood Hills. This project is in partnership with Vivative Ventures, Glo Green, and the Holland Circular Hotspot, a private-public platform in which companies, knowledge institutes, and local authorities promote and support international collaboration on the Dutch circular economy.

Green building technology has become one of the hottest trends in construction. LEED or the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is an initiative that promotes sustainable construction around the globe.
