This upscale steakhouse, founded by the renowned hospitality duo, Kia Illulian and Kathryne Illulian, brings a classic boutique dining experience to Los Angeles.

Foxhall Steakhouse, featuring the tagline “Where Ladies and Gentleman Dine,” takes diners back to a bygone era with its elegant design and attention to detail. The steakhouse’s interior, designed by Jessica Illulian, boasts brass foot rails, antiqued mirrors, paneled walls, and exquisite subway tiling in the washrooms. The restaurant has a warm and intellectual atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1950s black-and-white postcard.

Menu Offerings
The menu at Foxhall Steakhouse, crafted by Executive Chef Marni Sandico, focuses on prime cuts of beef, with options such as sizzling pepper-crusted steaks, filets, ribeyes, and 32-ounce porterhouses. In addition to steaks, the menu features seafood, vegetarian options, and iconic weekend champagne brunches with bagel & lox towers. Desserts include classically prepared Chocolate and Grand Marnier Soufflés. The restaurant also offers a robust wine list and full cocktail bar.
A Nod to History
The location of Foxhall Steakhouse holds a special place in the hearts of its founders, Kia Illulian and Kathryne Illulian. Their father’s first furniture store after moving to America in 1978 was located next door. The brother-sister duo aims to correlate the story of Foxhall Steakhouse with their personal history, creating a nostalgic connection between the past and the present.
Hours of Operation
Foxhall Steakhouse will be open for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with plans to introduce a brunch service soon.
