Miami, Florida (Hexa PR Wire — November 7, 2025) —
Gina Gindorf and Geoffroy Farrugia, co-founders of Loya, joined The Michael Peres Podcast to outline how a payments-embedded cashback model can strengthen customer retention. The discussion covered Loya’s approach—5% instant cashback redeemable only at the originating merchant—as a simple alternative to points and tiers, why retention can outperform acquisition for sustainable growth, and how complementary creative and technical leadership supports product execution. Gindorf and Farrugia also reflected on leaving corporate paths, dividing roles, and building a shared operating rhythm as first-time co-founders.
