Miami, Florida (Hexa PR Wire — January 29, 2026) —
Punit Jajodia joins The Michael Peres Podcast to discuss building Programiz and how personal growth influenced his approach to entrepreneurship, education, and leadership. Jajodia describes how his earlier years were more introverted, what changed as he became more comfortable taking risks, and how small habits, including a “speak only English” agreement with a college friend, improved his communication and confidence over time. He also explains why he believes personality is not fixed and how intentional practice can change how someone shows up in public and professional roles. Jajodia walks through how Programiz evolved from a personal project and blog into a broader learning platform for beginner programmers, with interactive courses and gamified experiences. He discusses lessons from scaling an education product to a global audience, managing a remote team, and building a culture that supports consistent execution.
